📦 Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During high-volume periods (like holidays or launches), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated via email.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the USA (and to select international destinations – see below).

We currently ship only to the U.S.A.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@wick-edwax.com within 7 days. We’ll do our best to make it right. Please include photos of damaged items when applicable.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
